DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

Riyadh Interior Designer respects the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to upholding copyright law and expect our users to do the same across all content, including articles about interior design trends and home planning tips. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for material found on riyadhinteriordesigner.com.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice. We will investigate all valid notices received. Prompt action will be taken in accordance with the DMCA, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

To ensure your DMCA Takedown Notice is effective and allows us to address your claim efficiently, it must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. This could be a specific article, a unique interior design graphic, a photograph, or another original creation.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide specific URLs where the infringing material appears on our site.
  • Your comprehensive contact information: your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at the email address below. Sending notices to other email addresses may delay the processing of your request.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the original claim of infringement. A valid counter-notification can restore the material, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.

Your counter-notification must include the following essential details:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Specify the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A clear statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside of the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Riyadh Interior Designer may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please send counter-notifications to the same Designated Copyright Agent email address provided for infringement notices. This helps ensure timely review and processing.
